The programme also covers the Approved Code of Practice on Chief Executives' and Board of Directors' Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Duties and helps you prepare a WSH policy.

Important Note Please be advised that as a registrant, you will be provided with a hyperlink to access a declaration form. This form is to be completed in order to declare your role within the firm. Please note that your registration will only be confirmed after successful submission of the declaration form at least one week before the scheduled date or before the class is full, whichever is earlier.

Course Administration

The Top Executive WSH Programme (TEWP) certificate of attendance will qualify the participant to apply for bizSAFE level 1 or for the newly appointed top management to maintain your company's bizSAFE status. bizSAFE status is valid for 6 months from the date of approval

In the event that there is a change of CEO/Top Management in the company, the newly appointed top management must attend this Top Executive WSH Programme (TEWP) / bizSAFE Level 1 Workshop as soon as possible if he/she has not attended one before to maintain the company’s bizSAFE status. This condition will apply regardless which bizSAFE Level (1 to Star) an enterprise is currently at.

 

Certification

An e-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participant who complete the course with 100% attendance. 

 

Replacement/Postponement

A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes. 

 

Cancellation

A notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before commencement of the course and 50% of course fee will be charged /returned. If notice is given less than 3 working days before the first day of the course, there will be no refund/100% charged.
